This means you can make make the most of your insurance benefits. If any payment is needed, it will typically go towards your annual deductible.
Between this excellent coverage and Myriad’s Assistance Program discussed below, 90% of patients have or will qualify for a payment of $100 or less.

If you do have any out of pocket costs for testing, Myriad offers interest-free payment plans for as low as $15 per month, until paid off.
